July 4th Fireworks and Celebration

Cumberland's annual July 4th celebration at Constitution Park begins with an outdoor band concert by the Potomac Concert Band and is followed by the city fireworks display.Free of charge. Sponsored by the City of Cumberland Parks and Recreation Dept.
