Rocky Gap Casino Resort to Celebrate Easter Sunday at LB’s Place

Flintstone, Md. – March 25, 2021 – Rocky Gap Casino Resort, located at 16701 Lakeview Road NE in Rocky Gap State Park, will offer a celebratory Easter Sunday menu at LB’s Place, available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, April. 4.
The resort’s casual, upscale restaurant, LB’s Place, will offer a variety of starters including a wedge salad; a Caesar salad; onion soup, served with Swiss and parmesan cheese, topped with croutons; lobster bisque with lobster, cream and sherry; blackened tenderloin tips served with spicy parmesan cream on a crostini; and calamari, served with cherry peppers and diablo sauce.
Guests may also choose from entrées including a 14-ounce dry aged duroc pork porterhouse chop, served with apple chutney, shallot-cider sauce, buttermilk mashed potatoes and broccolini; boiled herb marinated lamb, served with mint-mascarpone pesto, potato dumpling timbale, spinach and fennel; grilled chicken breast, served with roasted mushrooms and mustard wine; twin, cold-water Atlantic lobster tails, served with dawn butter; and more.
Side dishes include a baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, parmesan truffle fries, seasonal vegetables, asparagus and crab mac and cheese.
Dessert selections include lemon cake served with honey-lavender ice cream, brûléed mascarpone cheesecake, blonde supreme, chocolate lover’s cake, peanut butter pie, lemon bread pudding and house-made ice cream.
