Flintstone, Md. – April 11, 2023 – It’s set to be an unforgettable summer at Rocky Gap Casino Resort,
located at 16701 Lakeview Road NE. The casino-resort will partner with local business, Wheelzup
Adventures, to introduce new and exciting outdoor activities to guests, available starting this May.
Situated on the banks of the 243-acre Lake Habeeb with Rocky Gap State Park serving as the stunning
backdrop, Rocky Gap Casino Resort aims to provide its guests with access to western Maryland’s
outdoor playground. Through this dynamic new partnership with Wheelzup, Rocky Gap Casino
Resort will offer exhilarating guided hikes, guided bike rides, group floats, paddling and pedaling
classes to its lineup of entertainment options.

In addition to guided activities and classes, guests can take advantage of Rocky Gap’s lakeside setting
with fishing equipment offered for rent or for sale. Also for rent will be canoes, stand-up paddle
boards, kayaks and pedal boats. Rentals will be available daily, with guided activities on a schedule
for reference with the resort concierge. Information about pricing and activities offered by Wheelzup
Adventures will soon be available on Rocky Gap’s website.

Rocky Gap Casino Resort offers daily shuttle runs to and from downtown Cumberland. Pick-up and
drop-off is located at Canal Place by Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, with operating service from
April through Labor Day.
