Signatures Bar and Grill at Rocky Gap Elevates American Favorites with New Menu

Flintstone, Md. – April 28, 2022 – Rocky Gap Casino Resort, located at 16701 Lakeview Road NE, has expanded its menu of classic American fare at Signatures Bar and Grill with elevated shareable appetizers, soups, salads, entrées and more, available now.
A sampling of new starters includes ultimate nachos, corn tortilla chips topped with beef chili, nacho cheese sauce, jalapeños, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream; buffalo-style fried cauliflower served with ranch dressing; fried pickle spears served with Cajun ranch dressing; and more.
New soup and salad options include falafel salad topped with dill tzatziki sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes, served with pita bread; chicken tortilla soup made with hearty vegetables and fried tortilla strips; among others.
Among the newly introduced entrees are the El Diablo burger, made with blackened beef patties topped with pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapeños and Tabasco mayo; fish and chips served with tartar sauce, coleslaw and lemon; grilled shrimp tacos filled with shredded cabbage, chipotle cream, white cheese, tomatoes and salsa; and more.
